The Beauty of Bamboo for Gardens
Bamboo is more than just Panda food! The many species of bamboo are highly ornamental grasses
that can be sued as hedges, screens, tall accents, groundcovers and patio plants. The many types
of garden friendly bamboo are available from Bamboo Giant Nursery, Aptos, CA.
Larry and his staff created the unique instant bamboo hedge using the stately 'Temple' bamboo.
As a hedge, bamboo can be kept to size with one pruning when new shoots appear and innovative
root barriers hold bamboos root in place, eliminating unwanted spread.
All the bamboo cultivars seen on today's show such as the giant 'Vivex' are available to enjoy
and purchase in Bamboo Giant Nursery's extensive gardens.
