A Wide World of Herbs: The National Herb Garden
The National Herb Garden is a beautiful destination garden within the United States National Arboretum. Created by the Herb Society of America, it showcases the broad range of herb plants and uses of them. The Herb Garden presents seasonal and perennial displays of basil, sage, pepper and roses all framed within a stunning setting within steps of other popular gardens at the Arboretum. These include the National Bonsai and Penjing Museum, Japanese and Chinese Pavilions and the Capitol Columns. The Herb Garden is open daily during normal Arboretum hours.
