All a-buzz about local Bees, Marshall's Farm Honey

Spencer Marshall is passionate about bees.  He has worked for decades to cultivate interest in bees in suburban and urban settings all across the San Francisco Bay region.  Using organic methods, Spencer along with his wife, Helene, set up hives to collect regional varietal honeys that they bottle and offer through their website and at the Ferry Building Market in San Francisco among other sources.  The importance of local honey to your health is the undiscovered secret that Spencer and Helene work so hard to reveal.
Bees are vitally important to both our personal lives and our entire economy.  Without bees there would be no crops, fruits and food for our tables.  Learn more about Marshall's Farm, local honeys and the bees at the Marshall's Farm website.

An elegant garden full of beautiful English Roses, Garden Valley Ranch

Garden Valley Ranch is a historic ranch property located in beautiful Petaluma just north of
San Francisco. Garden Roses is a florist term referring to roses grown outdoors and allowed to open naturally to create a a unique heirloom touch to bouquets and vases.
The most popular garden rose types are the David Austin English Roses and Mouchotte Romatica Roses, which exhibit complex antique rose forms, strong fragrance and dusky rich colors.
Ron, with partner Mark, grow, hand pick and ship clusters of garden roses all across the country to florists for special events including state dinners and spectacular high profile weddings.
Garden Valley Ranch is the perfect location for your outdoor, rose-filled wedding or special event.
You can see the gardens in person, learn from rose experts on hand, and shop for modern and antique roses and hydrangeas in their nursery or via mail order.
